Conditions

This cottage is available for a maximum of 8 persons.  Guests are allowed during the day with the maximum number of people on the property being 10 including the renters. After we receive your request for booking we will email or fax you a short application form defining booking conditions and the payment schedule.

We request the cottage be returned to us in the same condition it was provided to you. A departure checklist will be provided to ensure cottage is left in required state. A binder will be present, at your arrival, defining appliance operation and other helpful information. Note that in order to protect the health of future renters, pets and smoking are not allowed in the cottage.

Weekly rentals begin on friday, saturday or sunday upon of availability. The cottage will also be available for weekend rentals for fall/winter. Other booking timeframes can be available. Please contact us for more info.

A refundable “damage/ linens and towels / cleaning” deposit of $200 will be charged which will be refunded if no damage is incurred, linens and towels are in good conditions and significant cleaning is not required.

The payment amounts will be determined based on when the cottage is rented:

1- If the booking is made more than 3 weeks before arrival, a 50% deposit of the total amount is due upon booking, payable by cheque, money order, or cash. The final payment is also required at the time of booking by post-dated cheque dated 3 weeks before arrival.

2- If the cottage is booked less than 3 weeks before time of arrival, the entire amount is immediately payable in cash or certified cheque.
